(Syllabus.)
1. Searches and Seizures — Search Warrant Must Particularly Describe Place. An affidavit to secure the issuance of a search warrant for the purpose of searching for intoxicating liquor should particularly describe the premises to be searched, and such description should be so definite that no discretion is left to the officer executing the warrant as to the place to be searched.
2. Intoxicating Liquors — Officers not Justified in Searching Room in Hotel Without Search Warrant. An affidavit and search warrant issued thereon for the purpose of searching room 38 in the Oklahoma Hotel, located at 220 1/2 North Broadway, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma county, did not justify the officers, after having searched said room and finding no intoxicating liquor therein, to enter and search room 217 in said hotel without procuring a search warrant for that purpose.
