THE MOTION TO STAY IN THE FOLLOWING CASE IS GRANTED: 26-0536 IN RE MARCH 23, 2026 PORT ARTHUR REFINERY LITIGATION
The Defendants Premcor Refining Group Inc. d/b/a Valero Port Arthur Refinery, Valero
Energy Corporation, and Valero Refining – Texas, L.P. filed a Motion for Transfer and Request
for Stay of All Trial Court Proceedings on May 26, 2026. In the Motion for Transfer the
Defendants requested a stay of all trial court proceedings pending consideration by the MDL
Panel of the Motion to Transfer. The Motion to Stay is granted. All trial court proceedings in the
cases listed in the Appendix to the Motion to Transfer are stayed until further order of the MDL
Panel.
