In this original proceeding, relator challenges respondent's November 14, 2025 Order Severing Adam Boivin and Boivin Consulting LLC From the Above Styled Action (the Severance Order). Before the Court is relator's November 24, 2025 Motion to Lift Stay Order and to Dismiss Petition for Writ of Mandamus as Moot. Relator represents that respondent vacated the Severance Order and reset trial of the underlying matter against all defendants for August 2026. Relator asks the Court to dismiss this original proceeding as moot.

We grant the motion and dismiss this original proceeding as moot. We lift the stay issued by this Court's November 17, 2025 order.
