ORDER
Appellant submitted his brief late, without an extension motion. After we directed him to file an extension motion and before he complied, we learned that, although it had initially appeared no reporter's record existed, a record in fact existed. Accordingly, we gave appellant an opportunity to request the record and file either written verification he had requested the record or the motion to extend. Appellant opted for the latter, and that motion is before us now.

As appellant has chosen not to request the reporter's record, we ORDER
the appeal submitted on the clerk's record alone. We GRANT appellant's
extension motion and ORDER the brief received February 6, 2025 filed as of the date of this order.
Appellees' brief is due no later than June 30, 2025.
