In the context of Georgia's Abusive Litigation Statute, OCGA § 51-7-80 et seq, must a notice sent pursuant to OCGA § 51-7-84 (a) specifically reference some portion of OCGA § 51-7-80 et seq, or OCGA § 51-7-80 et seq's "abusive litigation" language, to qualify as proper notice pursuant to OCGA § 51-7-84 (a)?
