In preparation for Tropical Storm Man-Yi, the District Court of Guam will close at 5:00 p.m. today and will reopen upon the declaration of Condition of Readiness 4. All hearings and trials scheduled during the time of closure per this order will be rescheduled. All filings due while the court is closed shall be deemed timely filed if filed when the court opens for regular business.
Jurors should call the jury line (671-969-4499) for any updated reporting instructions.
