WHEREAS, this Court having made and filed its written decision that a writ of prohibition issue, NOW, THEREFORE, in the case entitled The Haze Corp., a Nevada limited liability company; and The Haze Corp. an Ontario corporation vs. Brand Canna Growth Partners, Inc. a Canadian corporation; Sante Veritas Holdings Inc., a British Columbia corporation; Sante Veritas Therapeutics Inc., a British Columbia corporation; Michael Orr, an individual; Tilt Holdings Inc., a foreign for profit corporation; Tilt Holdings US, Inc., a domestic corporation; DOES I-X; and ROE Companies I-X., case number A-21-828819-B, you are instructed to dismiss Brand Canna Growth Partners, Inc. for lack of personal jurisdiction.
