FRANCES TYDINGCO-GATEWOOD, Chief Judge
WHEREAS, there are currently in the Qualified Jury Wheel, One-Thousand Seven-Hundred Four (1,704) prospective jurors as required by the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968, as Amended, and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a new Grand Jury Panel for a term of one year to commence on November 12, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on Monday, October 21, 2024, the Clerk of Court or her designated deputy clerks shall withdraw, by a purely randomized method, Fifty-Five (55) names from the Qualified Jury Wheel who will be summoned for jury service on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:30 a.m.
A copy of this order shall be posted on the Court's bulletin board.
