An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 26, 2022, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of all proceedings in Supreme Court pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal and an appeal purportedly taken from the order, same Court, dated October 22, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, including the correspondence from counsel for defendants-appellants, dated November 28, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn.
