ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

HONORABLE OTIS D. WRIGHT, II, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the Complaint, the Motion to Dismiss, all relevant materials, and the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. Plaintiff has not filed objections within the time allotted. The Court accepts the findings and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: (1) the Motion to Dismiss is granted; and (2) Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed with prejudice as time-barred.
