STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Nelson CLARK, Appellant.

PER CURIAM.

Kyle D. Keenan, 1010 Market Street, Suite 1100, St. Louis, Mo. 63101, for appellant.

Amber Krisp, P.O. Box 899, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102, for respondent.

Before Angela T. Quigless, P.J., Kurt S. Odenwald, J., and James M. Dowd, J.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

The defendant, Nelson Clark, appeals the judgment and sentence entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis following his conviction by a jury of one count of child abuse, in violation of section 568.060 RSMo. (Supp. 2014), and one count of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree, in violation of section 568.045 RSMo. (Supp. 2014). The trial court sentenced the defendant as a prior and persistent felony offender to ten years of imprisonment on each count, to be served consecutively for a total of 20 years. Finding no error, we affirm.

An opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this decision.

We affirm the trial court's judgment. Rule 30.25(b).
