Order
Per Curiam:
Larry E. Gromer and Terry D. Hoppenthaler, successor trustees of the Ronald D. Gromer Trust dated May 26, 2004 (collectively, "Gromer"), appeal from the grant of summary judgment in favor of IDS Property Casualty Insurance Company on IDS's petition for declaratory judgment, which sought a declaration that IDS owed no duty to defend or indemnify its insured, Lutricia Cummings, for the $21,077.10 judgment entered against Cummings in favor of Gromer. Gromer raises a single point on appeal: the lower court erred in entering summary judgment in IDS's favor because IDS's policy either clearly favored coverage or was ambiguous and, therefore, had to be construed in favor of coverage. Finding no error, we affirm the grant of summary judgment. Rule 84.16(b).
