Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Samantha B. Jacob's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by September 12, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to November 9, 2021. After that date, only about five further extensions totaling about 306 additional days are contemplated.
