ORDER
On November 2, 2020, relator Warrior Energy Services Corp. filed a petition for writ of mandamus or writ of prohibition in this court. Relator asks this court to order the Honorable Larry Weiman, Judge of the 80th District Court, in Harris County, Texas, to vacate his order, dated October 23, 2020, that the clerk of the court release the funds deposited into the registry of this court on or about April 30, 2019—the principle amount of $1,513,761.71 plus all interest accrued to date—to Oilfield Specialties, LLC on November 3, 2020 (the "October 23 Order").
Relator has also filed a motion for temporary relief, asking this court to stay the October 23 Order pending a decision on the petition. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b), 52.10.
We grant relator's motion and issue the following order:
We order the October 23 Order stayed until a final decision by this court on relator's petition for writ of mandamus or writ of prohibition, or until further order of this court.
In addition, the court requests Oilfield Specialties LLC, Donald V. Umphries, and Gabor P. Williger, the real parties-in-interest, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus or writ of prohibition on or before November 16, 2020. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.4.
