UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. KALI ROSE PROVOST, Defendant.

M. Hannah Lauck United States District Judge

FINAL ORDER

For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Court GRANTS Provost's Motion for Compassionate Release. (ECF No. 23.) The Court REDUCES Provost's sentence to TIME SERVED effective within SEVEN DAYS of the date of this Order. Upon Release, Provost should take necessary COVID-19 quarantine precautions.

The Court imposes an additional TWENTY-FOUR MONTHS to Provost's Supervised Release term for a total Supervised Release term of SIXTY MONTHS. As part of this sixty-month supervised release term, the Court imposes TWELVE MONTHS of home confinement, to begin immediately upon release and served for 365 consecutive days, as a condition of Supervised Release.

The twelve month period of home confinement requires Provost to remain at her approved residence day and night, except for emergency medical treatment for herself or family members, required appearances in court or at the place of her supervising probation office, and other absence approved in advance by her supervising probation office.

The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Memorandum Opinion and Final Order to Provost at her address of record, all counsel of record, the United States Probation Office, and the United States Marshals Service, for delivery to the Bureau of Prisons.

It is SO ORDERED.
