        PER CURIAM.

        James A. Ross, Jr., Esq. of Monticello is appointed to the Board of Law Examiners for a term of three years ending September 30, 1995. Mr. Ross replaces Martin G. Gilbert, Esq. of Bentonville, whose term has expired.

        The Court thanks Mr. Ross for accepting appointment to this most important Board.

        The Court expresses its appreciation to Mr. Gilbert for his faithful service to the Board.
