ORDER
This is an accelerated, interlocutory appeal. The appellate record shows that on October 10, 2018, the 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, signed an order in trial court cause no. DC-18-12714 that: (1) consolidated the proceedings in the 101st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, trial court cause no. DC-18-13296, with the proceedings in trial court cause no. DC-18-12714; and (2) ordered the consolidated action to proceed under trial court cause no. DC-18-12714. The clerk's record filed on appeal contains pre- and post-consolidation items from trial court cause no. DC-18-12714, but it does not contain pre-consolidation items from trial court cause no. DC-18-13296.
Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(c), we ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to prepare, certify, and file in this Court by September 9, 2019, a supplemental clerk's record containing the pre-consolidation items from trial court cause no. DC-18-1329. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(a).
This case remains set for submission on September 10, 2019.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Dallas County District Clerk and the parties.
