ORDER
AND NOW, this 15th day of March, 2019, it appearing to the Court that the Respondent's appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit became final on December 7, 2018; and this Court's order of March 2, 2016, required the Respondent to report the disposition of this appeal to this Court within ten (10) days of the disposition thereof; and the Respondent has not notified the Court of this disposition.
It is ORDERED that Respondent's brief, if any, shall be filed on or before April 2, 2019. Respondent shall notify this Court whether a hearing is desired on or before April 2, 2019.
The Board may file its brief, if any, by April 2, 2019.
In the event that no request for hearing is filed, the Court will decide the case on the pleadings and documentary record.
