ORDER
Acting in accordance with Article V, Sections 1, 5 of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974, and the inherent power of this Court, and considering the need to amend the Court's General Administrative Rules,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:
Part G, Section 1.6 of the Supreme Court General Administrative Rules be and is hereby enacted to read as follows:
Section 1.6. Suspended and Disqualified Judges
No judge who has been suspended or interimly disqualified shall receive payment or reimbursement for payment form public funds, as defined in Section 1(a) of these General Administrative Rules, for any office or travel expenses which are incurred during the term of the judge's suspension or interim disqualification, absent specific approval from the Supreme Court of Louisiana.
This rule shall become effective upon signing and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter until amended through future orders of the Court.
