ORDER DISMISSING CASE
On June 25, 2013, Debtor filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7, commencing Case No. 13-52590. That case is still pending. On June 29, 2013, Debtor filed another voluntary petition for relief under 7, commencing this case. Because the debtor may not have two Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases pending at the same time, this second-filed case must be dismissed.
IT IS ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
