OPINION OF THE COURT
ROY WHEATLEY KING, J. charged with abuse in a petition in Family Court and not with a crime in the local criminal court, this court concludes that this fact is not determinative for purposes of the preliminary hearing held. Because there is reasonable cause to believe that defendant committed the felony charged in the felony complaint, it is hereby ordered that defendant be held for action of the Grand Jury pursuant to CPL 180.70 (1).
