MEMORANDUM OPINION
For the reasons stated by Ford Motor Credit Company in its papers, the Court will grant the motion to quash the garnishment summons and dismiss the instant proceedings. Mr. Pitts may draw a Final Order consistent with this opinion, to which plaintiff may note its exception.
