ORDER DISMISSING AS MOOT MOTION TO TRANSFER CASE
Appellant Central Texas Cattlemen's Association's Unopposed Motion to Transfer Case No. 10-18-00106-CV, Central Texas Cattlemen's Association v. Kenneth L. Haedge, et al., is dismissed as moot. Pursuant to Supreme Court Misc. Docket No. 18-9049, the above-referenced case has already been transferred to the Seventh Court of Appeals District in Amarillo, Texas.
