The terms of Mary Helen McNeal, Debbie Churchill, Judy Meadows and Molly Shepherd as members of the Equal Justice Task Force expired September 11, 2003. In addition, Andy Suenram, Heidi Ulbricht, Marieke Beck, and John Christian have resigned from the Task Force.
Pursuant to the Court's August 31, 2000 Order establishing the Equal Justice Task Force as filed in Cause No. 00-449, the President of the State Bar of Montana is responsible for nominating Equal Justice Task Force members and submitting their names to this Court. The President of the State Bar of Montana has nominated Mary Helen McNeal, Debbie Churchill, Judy Meadows and Molly Shepherd to serve additional three-year terms on the Task Force, expiring on September 1, 2006. The President of the Stare Bar of Montana has nominated the following persons, representing the following entities and with the following term expiration dates: to replace the Task Force members who have resigned:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall give notice of this Order by mail to each appointee; to Andy Suenram, Heidi Ulbricht, Marieke Beck, and John Christian with this Court's thanks for their services to the Task Force and to the Executive Director of the State Bar of Montana and the State Lax Librarian with the request that they post this Order to their respective websites.
