asserts that the petition is in violation of the law, but her assertion is without support or foundation. The court has every right—and every responsibility—to entertain this delinquency proceeding. In every sense, jurisdictional, procedural and factual, the charge of criminal contempt is appropriate and otherwise consistent with the Family Court Act.
