PER CURIAM:
Gregory Leonard Walls requests summary disposition of this matter under Supreme Court Rule 7.041 (2014 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 65). He contends Deal v. State, 286 Kan. 528, 530, 186 P.3d 735 (2008), is controlling and dispositive of his appeal. The State agrees and asks this court to. summarily affirm the district court's order denying Walls' February 12, 2013, motion to correct illegal sentence filed under K.S.A. 22–3504.
We have carefully reviewed the entire record and conclude the district court adequately addressed the issues and reached the correct conclusion. Affirmed under Supreme Court Rule 7.042(b)(5) (2014 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 67).
