ORDER
THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon notification that the Order Adopting Amendments to the Rules for Fees and Costs in Municipal Courts filed on December 18, 2002, was not distributed to the municipal courts, and a new effective date being necessary, it is
ORDERED that the December 18, 2002, Order Adopting Amendments to the Rules for Fees and Costs in Municipal Courts be, and hereby is, amended only regarding the effective date January 1, 2003, and it is further
ORDERED that any fees collected in the interim were valid fees and will not be refunded; and it is further
ORDERED that the Amendments to the Rules for Fees and Costs shall become effective July 1, 2003; and that this Order Amending Effective Date shall be published in the advance sheets of the Pacific Reporter and in the Wyoming Reporter.
