ORDER
Respondent pled guilty in the United States District Court for the District of Greenville, South Carolina, to seven counts of violating Title 26, United States Code, Sections 6050(I)(f)(1)(A) and 7203; Title 26, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 6050(I)-1 and Title 18, United States Code, Section 2. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline petitions this Court to temporarily suspend respondent from the practice of law in this State pursuant to Paragraph 6, of the Rule on Disciplinary Procedure, Rule 413, SCACR.
IT IS ORDERED that the petition is granted and respondent is temporarily suspended from the practice of law until further order of this Court.
