ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court post-divorce decree order denying appellant's motion to modify child custody and for permission to relocate with the parties' minor child to Washington. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; James E. Wilson, Judge.
Appellant has moved this court to voluntarily dismiss her appeal without prejudice. Having considered appellant's motion, we grant the motion to dismiss the appeal, NRAP 42(b), but we deny the request to dismiss it without prejudice because appellant has failed to provide this court with an explanation for such a request. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal.
