ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On June 25, 2012, this court entered an order directing proper person appellant to properly serve his civil proper person appeal statement. That order gave appellant 15 days to serve the appeal statement and we cautioned appellant that failure to comply with the June 25 order would result in a dismissal of this appeal.
