ORDER
Before the Court is the "Motion to Lift Stay to File Motion for Contempt and Sanctions and Motion to Seal Court Records" ("Motion to Lift Stay") of appellee S&S Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Emergency Medical Training Services. In our Opinion and Judgment of May 15, 2017, we remanded this cause to the trial court for determination of attorney's fees and costs pursuant to section 27.009, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and for dismissal. We therefore DENY appellee's Motion to Lift Stay as MOOT.
