Norris, and Township of Cheltenham's (the Cheltenham Defendants) Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (Document 4) is GRANTED. All claims against the Cheltenham Defendants are DISMISSED with prejudice.
