ORDER TO RELEASE LIS PENDENS
Presently before the court is the Motion to Release Lis Pendens (the "Motion"). The Court, having considered the Motion, together with all pleadings and papers on file and all applicable law, it appears to this Court's satisfaction that good cause appearing therefore:
IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Notice of Lis Pendens recorded by Plaintiffs against the real property described as 230 W. Highland Drive, Henderson Nevada 89015 with Assessor's Parcel Number 179-19-211-009 as instrument number 201103180001331 is hereby lifted, cancelled, expunged and RELEASED IN FULL. This cancellation has the same effect as an expungement of the original notice.
