DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal taken by notice of appeal dated April 18, 2014 in case No. 518890, to consolidate said appeal with appeals taken in case Nos. 514674 and 515239 and to file supplemental record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate and to file a supplemental record on appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to perfect appeal taken by notice of appeal dated April 18, 2014 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended August 1, 2014.
