Ruling Judge:Tomie Green;
Disposition: Jane E. Tucker shall cause to be filed with the Office of the Clerk of Appellate Courts a record certified by both the Hinds County Circuit Clerk and court reporter to replace an adulterated record in this case within forty-five (45) days of entry of this order. It is further ordered that, at this time, Ms. Tucker is not prohibited from checking out records of cases pending in the Court of Appeals of Mississippi from the physical premises of the Office of the Clerk of Appellate Courts. Griffis, P.J., does not join. Order entered.
