This first day of November 2012, upon consideration of the defendant-appellant's, Craig O. Jackson (“Jackson”), unopposed Motion to Remand, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is remanded to the New Castle County Superior Court, and it is directed that the Superior Court conduct supplemental proceedings as the court may deem appropriate related to Jackson's claims under Lafler v. Cooper and Missouri v. Frye, as well as any other claims of Jackson.
Jurisdiction is not retained.
