Pursuant to Article VI, § 11 of the Arizona Constitution, the Arizona Supreme Court appoints the presiding judge of the Superior Court in each county. The Court is advised that the term of the Honorable Richard Weiss as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Mohave County expires on January 31, 2012. After due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Charles W. Gurtler, Jr. is appointed as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Mohave County effective February 1, 2012. Judge Gurtler shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court through January 31, 2014
