ORDER
This 3rd day of January 2012, it appears to the Court that the appellant filed this appeal from the Superior Court's denial of his second motion for postconviction relief. After careful consideration, we find it manifest, contrary to the Superior Court's conclusion, that the appellant's claims are procedurally barred by Superior Court Criminal Rule 61(i)(1) and (i)(2). We do not find consideration of these untimely and repetitive claims to be warranted in the interest of justice. Moreover, we find no abuse of the Superior Court's discretion in denying appellant's request for transcript at State expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
