(Syllabus.)
1. Statutes — Implied Repeal of Prior Special Act by General Act Apparently Designed to Cover Whole of Subject Matter. When it is apparent that the Legislature intended a later general act, broad enough in its terms to include matters provided for by a former special act, to be exclusive, designed it to cover the whole subject-matter to which it relates, and to embrace the entire law on the subject, then such general act will repeal the repugnant provisions of the prior special one.
2. Poisons — Uniform Narcotic Drug Act Held to Impliedly Repeal Prior Special Act "Relating to Narcotic Drugs." Sections 4611 and 4612 of the Okla. Stats. 1931 (63 Okla. St. Ann. §§ 392, 393), being an act of the Legislature of April 1, 1919, were repealed by the act of the Legislature of 1935, article 6, chapter 24 (63 Okla. St. Ann. §§ 401-424).
