(Syllabus.)
1. Rape — Uncorroborated Evidence of Prosecutrix Sustaining Conviction. The law is well settled in this state that a conviction for rape may be sustained upon the uncorroborated evidence of prosecutrix; but it is also the rule that such evidence must not be inherently improbable, incredible, unreasonable, and contradictory.
2. Appeal and Error — Sufficiency of Corroborated Evidence of Prosecutrix to Sustain Conviction for Rape. When the evidence of prosecutrix is corroborated, and is reasonable, and not contradictory, the verdict and judgment finding defendant guilty will not be set aside on appeal.
3. Rape — Sentence of 20 Years Reduced to 15.
