TRIAL, § 97 — time for objecting to evidence and waiver of right. In action against street car company for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when she attempted to alight from street car, where, without objection from defendant, attending physician testified as to amount of his bill, and after close of testimony on both sides, defendant made motion to exclude and strike such testimony, held that defendant in failing to object to testimony at proper time waived his right to subsequently question its admissibility.
