The questions raised in this proceeding in error are the same as those decided in Columbia Bank Trust Co. v. United States Fidelity Guaranty Co., 33 Okla. 535, 126 P. 556. Upon the authority of that case, the judgment of the court below is reversed and the cause remanded.
