In view of the disposition of the appeals in Goldberg v. Weihman ( ante, p. 734), decided herewith, the appeal from the order denying defendant Weihman's motion to consolidate is dismissed, without costs. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Johnston, JJ., concur.
