(Syllabus.)
1. Searches and Seizures — Person not Permitted to Complain of Illegal Search of Premises of Stranger. The right to immunity from the consequences of an illegal search and seizure belongs only to the person, effects, and premises of the party whose premises are searched, and no one has the right to complain of the officer's trespass upon the premises of a stranger.
2. Appeal and Error — Insufficiency of General Exception to Instructions. A general exception to the instructions of the court as "The defendant takes exception to every instruction given by the court," and specifies no particular error or errors in the instructions given, will not be considered on appeal, unless fundamental error is apparent.
3. Intoxicating Liquors — Conviction for Possession Sustained. Evidence and instructions examined and held sufficient.
