(Syllabus.)
1. Criminal Law — Married Man Marrying Another Woman Guilty of Both Adultery and Bigamy. Bigamy and adultery growing out of a void marriage between a man and woman, one of whom is legally married to another, are distinct offenses, and the fact that defendant is guilty of bigamy will not prevent his prosecution for adultery.
2. Adultery — Five-Year Penitentiary Sentence and $250 Fine Held not Excessive. Evidence examined, and held not to be excessive.
