(Syllabus.)
1. Evidence — Necessary Corroboration of Accomplice Testimony. Under statute forbidding conviction on uncorroborated testimony of accomplice, conviction cannot be had unless substantial proof tends to connect accused with offense, without accomplice's testimony. Okla. St. 1931, § 3071, 22 Okla. St. Ann. § 742.
2. Same — Accomplice Testimony Must Be Corroborated as to Particular Defendant. Accomplice's testimony must be corroborated as to particular defendant, and independent thereof, must tend to connect defendant with crime and not with its perpetrators, and is insufficient if it merely tends to raise suspicion of guilt.
