Alex Gust, Appellant, v. Sinclair Refining Company and Mary Stebley, Appellees.

NEGLIGENCE, § 27 — person falling into greasing pit at filling station. Where plaintiff fell into greasing pit in filling station, owner and lessee of the premises were not liable where evidence showed plaintiff was on the premises at night at a meeting of several students who were taking correspondence courses, because such meeting was arranged by a representative of the school, it had no connection with the business carried on at the filling station, nor was there any custom or habit of holding meetings at such place.
