AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 207.2 — collision with train, sufficiency of evidence. In action for wrongful death of truck driver killed when struck by train at a crossing, judgment for plaintiff was not contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence, where evidence showed that decedent was approaching the crossing at a speed of three to five miles per hour, at a point 33 feet from the main rail he could see down the track for a distance of 450 feet, the only warning at the crossing was the statutory crossarms, and the train was traveling at a speed of 70 miles per hour just prior to the collision.
