SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION, § 113 — irregularity in purchasing furnace, estoppel. Where three school directors met informally and purchased a furnace for the school, all three signing the order, the action was irregular because not taken at a regular or special meeting at which a record was kept, but since the school used the furnace for more than three years before suit, in action for its price directors were estopped to set up the irregularity.
