Esther Mosher, Appellant, v. Joseph Kantor et al., National Van Lines, Inc., Appellee.

APPEAL AND ERROR, § 91 — order discharging garnishee, as not appealable. Where on motion of garnishee an order was entered quashing writ of attachment and discharging garnishee, in view of the confused state of the record, garnishee's motion to dismiss appeal on ground that no final judgment was entered should have been granted.
